TLM Empowerment
Consortium

The TLM Empowerment Consortium is the nonprofit infrastructure arm of the Legacy Maker ecosystem. We design and deliver community systems — not programs — that address the root conditions of housing instability, workforce exclusion, family fragmentation, and reintegration failure.

Our Position

Infrastructure, Not Inspiration.

Communities do not lack motivation. They lack systems. The TLM Empowerment Consortium exists to build those systems — coordinated, data-informed, and designed to produce measurable outcomes that municipalities, funders, and institutions can stand behind.

Forged in Faith & Fitness

Forged in Faith & Fitness is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit and a formal partner of the TLM Empowerment Consortium. Together, we collaborate on community wellness initiatives, shared programming, and joint outreach — while each organization maintains its own identity, leadership, and mission.

Through this partnership, the Consortium and Forged align resources, referrals, and community relationships to deliver a more comprehensive and coordinated response to the needs of the families we serve.

Program Architecture

Five Core Focus Areas

Housing Stability

Partnering with municipalities and housing authorities to address displacement, transitional housing gaps, and long-term residential stability for underserved families.

Emotional Intelligence

Deploying evidence-informed EQ curriculum across schools, reentry programs, and workforce pipelines to build the behavioral infrastructure communities need to sustain progress.

Reintegration Support

Structured reentry programming that addresses identity, accountability, and systems navigation — reducing recidivism through coordinated case management and mentorship.

Workforce Empowerment

Workforce readiness, soft-skills development, and employer-partnership pipelines that move individuals from crisis into sustainable, dignified employment.

Family Restoration

Trauma-informed family systems intervention that rebuilds communication, establishes healthy structure, and interrupts generational cycles of dysfunction.

Educational Access

Bridging gaps in academic engagement through community-based learning support, mentorship, and school-partnership programming for youth and adult learners.

Strategic Partnerships

Built to Partner at Scale

The Consortium is structured for institutional partnership. We bring program design, community trust, and measurable delivery capacity. You bring infrastructure, funding, and reach. Together, we close the gap between policy intent and community outcome.

We are actively seeking MOUs, subcontract agreements, co-sponsorship arrangements, and grant co-applicant relationships with aligned organizations and government entities.

We Partner With

Funding Alignment

Grant-Ready by Design

The Consortium's program architecture is intentionally aligned with federal, state, and private funding streams. Our focus areas map directly to established grant categories, making us a credible co-applicant and subcontractor for funded initiatives.

We are available to serve as a community-based organization (CBO) partner on grant applications requiring demonstrated local capacity, lived-experience leadership, and culturally competent program delivery.
